The Limps
I didn't do any warm ups or muscle stretching before a netball game on Monday. Actually I don't usually do it anyway, and I'm always fine. The only difference this time is that I only played for one half, with the excuse of still having a congested nose. I thought it was just some minor cramps but cramps don't last for two days, or can they?
Please be just a temporary muscle strain, and not anything serious. I'm beginning to look really silly everytime I walk up and down the stairs.
